Dr. Jose Javier Hernandez is a Family Medicine Specialist and a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) in the State of California. Since January 2025, he has been a Primary Care Physician at Adventist Health Central Valley Network in Hanford, CA. Previously, he was a Primary Care Physician at United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley, and has experience as a Functional Restoration Program and Utilization Review Consultant.
