Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Do Not Track: Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Our website treats a Do Not Track signal the same way as a Global Privacy Control signal, described below.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser or browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for that browser. We turn off advertising and sharing tools for that browser, and our Your Privacy Choices page shows that the signal was honored. To learn how to turn on GPC, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.

Sharing Your Information
SMS consent will not be shared, sold or disclosed with any third parties. We do not sell your personal information for money. Under California law, this may count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information. See “Your California Privacy Rights” below to opt out. We may also disclose information as described below:

“Sale” and “sharing.” We do not sell personal information for money. In the past 12 months, the advertising and analytics tools described above may have “sold” or “shared” (for cross-context behavioral advertising) these categories: identifiers (online IDs and IP address), internet or network activity, and approximate geolocation. Retention. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or longer where the law requires it (for example, evaluation records that California workers’ compensation and medical-records laws require us to keep). Analytics and advertising data is kept according to each tool’s settings.

You can have an authorized agent make a request for you. We may ask for proof that you gave the agent permission.
Shine the Light (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.83). We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
