Under the California QME evaluation fee schedule (8 CCR §9795), a comprehensive QME evaluation (ML201) is $2,015 and a psych comprehensive evaluation is $4,030. At our 70% distribution, for example, that is $1,410.50 and $2,821.

Take-home examples are illustrations at our 70% distribution; actual fees and take-home pay vary by case, records volume and contract terms set out in each physician agreement. QME certification requirements are set by the California Division of Workers’ Compensation.
