Dr. Tracey Burrell is an award-winning psychologist, published author, and Qualified Medical Evaluator with nearly three decades of clinical, forensic, and administrative experience. She is widely recognized for her expertise in Forensic Psychology and Trauma, and is frequently sought for her ability to manage both routine and high-complexity cases with exceptional clinical depth and professionalism.

Throughout her career, Dr. Burrell has worked across diverse healthcare, legal, and community settings, serving populations ranging from children and families to older adults and individuals navigating significant medical or psychological impairment. As the founder and Executive Director of Comfort Companions Inc., she leads a charitable organization dedicated to supporting medically fragile, underserved, and end-of-life patients. Her longstanding private practice includes specialized work in trauma, abuse, addiction, developmental disorders, grief, family systems, and veterans’ disability examinations.
